What does the transition to Digital Space mean to me?

Your transition to Digital Space is designed to be seamless. You will be getting the exact same products and services you had with AT&T Website Solutions at the same price. Your log-in information will also remain the same.
The only difference is that your credit card will be billed for services by Digital Space after you consent to the transfer.

Do I need to make changes to my products and services?

No. Your products and services will be transitioned to Digital Space with no changes. If you wish to add more products or upgrade your existing products, you can do so by calling Digital Space at 1-888-740-0502.

If you had a service that was a part of an AT&T bundle, your service will remain the same. In most cases your pricing will also remain the same, however, in some unique cases, your pricing may differ. Please, call Digital Space at 1-888-740-0502 to find out more.

What steps do I need to take to transfer my service?

As part of the transition process, you will need to opt-in to the transfer and update your billing information with a valid credit card. Here are the steps to do so:

  • You will need to log in to the AT&T portal first
    You can use the “forgot password” function to reset your password
    If you forgot your username, email AT&T support at support@websites.att-mail.com from your admin email or call technical support at 1. 888.932.4678
  • You will need to consent to the transfer of services and accept Digital Space’s Terms Of Use
  • Once consented, you will need to update your billing information with a valid credit card

Can I make changes to my products and services during the transfer?

We ask that you refrain from making changes to your services during the transfer process. All services will remain active during the transfer, but you won’t be able to make changes to them (for example, add new email addresses or make changes to your website). Once the transfer is completed, you will receive an email with your new Portal URL and will be able to log-in immediately using your existing username and password.

How do I log in to my Digital Space services?

No, your log-in credentials will carry forward from your current Portal

What happens if I do not add my credit card?

If you don’t consent to the transfer and/or do not update your billing information, you will retain your current AT&T services only until the cut-over date. We urge you to act as soon as possible or call Support at 1-888-932-4678 for more information.

What if I don't consent to the transition to Digital Space?

If you choose not to take action ahead of the deadline, your services will be suspended, and you will lose access to any data and tools that help you manage your services. Please, note that Digital Space will not be able to recover and restore data beyond the deadline.

What if I need to make changes to my services before the transition?

You can make changes to your services prior to the transition by contacting AT&T website Solutions Billing or service changes before you transition, you will need to contact AT&T billing at 1. 888.932.4678.
